The staff were brilliant - a few minor difficulties understanding those staff without an Oxford or Gloncs mother tongue (if you get my drift) but tinatus/nigtone deafness can't help!
Food... all main ingredients excellent.
One meal had 3 diff types of potato!! Could even have been 4?
Recommend fish in sauces and also the custard - well done the caterers.
Everyone has been so caring and attentive, There isn't one thing that I can say needs improving!
Very helpful and lovely staff. A lovely daughter.
The care was excellent. Staff very kind and helpful. Kept me informed at procedures. Very attentive.
Improvements - more mirrors but I guess too much of a luxury.
All good.
Friendly atmosphere, caring. Greater adherence to medication times especially at night. (Nb only here for one night so mine could have been a rare occurance). Noise levels when talking to patience at night/early morning.
I have been extremely impressed with with the kindness of all the nursing staff and all doctors and the care workers. All have been so kind.
Food I think very good. Most of the time I have been well looked after with kindness and consideration.
