The care I have been given on Dixon Ward has been exemplary. All staff whether medical or personal are so professional. They are kind gentle, considerate an make every effort to ensure a good recovery. I am humbled by them all. I cannot think of anything that could be improved.
Stop the beepine at night.
Staff were great.
V. Friendly.
The care was excellent friendly and approachable nurses who gave clear information about procedures.
The parking is a big problem.
I had arranged to be collected my blue badge daughter who has MS and is disabled as my departure was delayed until the weekend this made things easier.
I was treated very well by staff whom, I thought, were friendly and professional.
The room and bathrooms were very clean.
As I was here for nearly two weeks I noticed that each patient commented on the above in a similar way.
Staff extremely helpful and kind.
Security could be introduced to settle extreme noisey patients playing really loud music!
Good general care.
Kept informed. Should be improved.
The care, kindness and consideration I received at Alstone was exeptlary.
It seems to be a genuinely happy and co-operative work environment that we as patients all benefit from, and if you have to be in hospital, then Alstone is the kind of ward where you want to be.
I cannot fault the nursing staff in any way despite the dissapointment of a very prestracted stay through various complications.
