Very personal and friendly but waiting a really long time for scans or even to speak to a doctor, I wasn't really told what was going on when I first came to the ward from out of Havs pretty stressful and worrying.

Nursing staff very caring. Some went out of the way when I was low and down. They work well together. They work well under pressure.
A bit more willingness o help out colleges when they are on change over and when they ar dealing with other patients.
Better communication between different teams of cares.
