The nurses and doctors have been caring and informative also other staff such as Damaris, Porters, pharmacist and Phleebos.
I had all my needs met, admittedy as a nurse, I did always have fa different perspective on things.
The time I had to wait for my ultra sound 14 days from ER admission) ware'nt acceptable though.
Excellent nursing care.
Wonder care, nothing could too much trouble.
Good choice of food and plenty to drink.
Excellent care. Lovely staff.
Car parking could be cheaper for in patient and for appointments.
Pain relief when you need it. No question asked.
All staff were very pleasant an nice to talk to.
Nursing and support staff great, always happy to help and very friendly.
Doctors always seem rushed and could take a little more time to discuss/ explain.
While all staff have been great I want to say special comment for Chap in ACU ( think called (Sonny) who really went above and beyond.
Enjoyed his job.
Everyone caring, attentive and kind. (ie admin, not physical transport).
Transition from one doctors surgery to A&E was an administrative nightmare. We were told I was already on "2 weeks path way" with surgery. So should not have been referred to A&E at all!
None of this was my fault and should not have been discussed in front of me at all! (First by Dr O'Flynn on admission and next day by Fr Brooklyn).
As it was, we were told, repeatedly, that referral to A&E had slowed timings down, not expedited them!
Plenty of room for improvement in this particular respect - but no reflection on excellent care and attention on Knightbridge ward.
Supportive. Kind and good doctors.
Staff really helpful and happy.
Caring staff.
Food was good.
Noisy patients.
Where a problem.
Could this be improved. Late at night.
I had a stroke and was waiting for a bed in gloucs stroke in it.
So am somewhat confused but thank you for your care.
