The staff are very friendly and reassuring and are very efficient in their tasks. One thing that could be improved is on transfer to Guiting ward from Chedworth ward, I didn't see a nurse, only to give me medication. It would have put my mind at ease to have some idea.

- Care was great, we feel the care given to our dad was the best and I would reccomend the ward. - I do not have anything to mention on how to improve the ward.

Morning staff were great and there if/when I needed from. When I came in at 12 midnight I felt things were not explained to me and I was left without is understanding of what was happening.
