Cheerful, helpful, very proffessional care. Personally for me it would be the waiting times for results and appointments for diagnosis and follow up although I accept that in the vast majority of cases, its unavoidable.

From the moment I got here I was listened to, taken seriously and treated like an adult - something I've never had before. Everyone has been so kind and patient even the other patients. Pysch lady actually listened and I feel I will be leaving with a better chance.
