Simply everything- l don't think anything could be improved! I was treated with tremendous kindness- something l shall always remember and treasure. I am apprehensive about leaving but know in any heart that l nush battle on! Thank you all so very much for. Al l you wonderful help to me.

- I greatly admire the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff. They were always keen to help and explain. - One or two of the junior staff, training, seemed rather ill-equipped to perform their tasks and did not have appropriate bedside manner. - Excellent food! - Excellent senior staff. - Annoying TV noise from side rooms. - One day I felt was wasted : everyone was busy but I went through 5 sets of pyjamas and the problem was not grasped. - Shower room by C : I slipped a bit coming out - mat? : Mould around grouting : Lack of hooks to hang things on : Is there any solution to always finding a pool of urine around the lavatory, on the floor?

Nurse were very friendly and reassuring good atmosphere. Felt abit manic and rushed at times. A feeling of being understaffed.

I cant complain. Its the little things they out, like cleaning our finger nails when you cant do them your self a combing your hair, we feel bad in our self, its nice to look abetter, when vistors arive. It take five mins at the most, thats not much to ask, is it.

A special experience. The doctors nurses medical staff and cleaning caring staff have been excellent. A lot of patience and kindness, good humour laughter and willingness to help. Pleasure to have met you all.
