Staff fantastic- personable and friendly always happy to offer advice and see to everyone's needs.
good atmosphere an the ward.
Doctors had caring approach and took time to have in depth conversations.
I was pleasantly surprised by the food, which I was very happy with.

Moved from one ward to another in the early hours - not good at 77 years old.
No heat in the ward - had to spend more time in bed!!
I am diabetic so feel the cold more.
