Every member of staff that I met gave me 100% care attention. I felt that I was taken seriously and that I was given lots of reassurance. I have never been admitted before but I cant believe how well I was cared for by the staff. Although you are all under immense pressure please don't listen to the crap on TV about how poor the NHS is! You are all a massive credit and I thank you all very much for the help care and treatment I was given! Hope to not have to see again! Have a great Christmas! Thanks Rum.

Staff and doctor all very good and kept me informed of what was happening/updated me.

Pleasant happy attentive staff. Toilet needs to be checked during day. Cleaned today at 12.00. Toilet seat broken. Needs immediate attention.
