Did not wait long to be assessed and seen. Immediate checks done (temperature, blood pressure fluid in put etc). seen by pleasant, sympathetic doctor.
Offered breakfast. Good care and attention.

- Very attentive. Thanks to A and E Cheltenham.
- Approach to patient very pleasant and caring and helpful.
- The hospital could be improved by having 24/7 emergency A and E opening in Cheltenham instead of pushing people over to Gloucester A and E after 8:00 pm daily.
- Ambulances should be able to bring patients to Cheltenham after 8:00 pm or all night if necessary.
