Once I walked in the Endoscopy Clinic today from the reception to seeing a nurse called Julie was treated with a great amount of care also when I went amount of care also when I went in for my procedure introduced to the staff and consultant treated with great respect and also aftercare. I don't think anything can be improved, the care has been excellent. Staff lovely.

During my period with your hospital I found all staff very understanding and caring, they projected a friendly and profession appearance and answered all questions in detail. I was treated with dignity and respect at all times information regarding the procedure was explained in detail and I felt in very good professional hands.
