The care was excellent, but the wait between first being seen and procedure is too long waiting nearly 2 hrs is a long time but that is the only thing that was bad would be useful to be told beforehand you might have to wait not till you get into the department.

The nursing and care staff were all excellent.
The staff giving out the beverages were very efficient, but tended to be non-communicative.
I was surprised that there wasn't a regular ward round by consultant staff.
(Junior docs were there daily).

Very friendly staff, could consider in dealing in 'joining instructions' that you may have to wait up to 3 hours, therefore put appropriate £ in parking machine. I put 2 hours in initially, then had to go back to car to put another 2 hours in (to be on safe side!). The toilet adjustment to examination.
