Skillful, kind, wonderful care.
All the staff on the ward are very professional, polite and courteous at all times. They are all a huge asset to the hospital and the NHS.
It is a very daunting experience to have to be admitted to a cardiac ward but the actual experience was very different. Every member of the team, without exception was kind, patient, courteous, caring and cheerful.
The whole atmosphere made you feel assured and nothing was too much trouble.
The food and personal care facilities were excellent.
Would not have any future worries if I had to be referred here again.
The staff worked extremely well to ensure your treatment was delivered timely. Very good staff who care about their job.
Kind and efficient treatment and care. Staff were helpful and flexible. I did not enjoy the food. Would have liked menu to include salads and green vegetables and a sugar free muesli.
Personalized care felt known by staff.
