The whole process was well informed, friendly and very efficient and professional. I was going to be their worst nightmare and was scared for them and myself but it all went excellently and my nurses were superb and I would like to thank them.

My care was very good indeed! All the nurses and the doctor were very kind and thoughtful. I felt special! I was involved in the camera procedure at all times, which was most reassuring! Thank you so much!

All of the staff, of whatever professional role, were excellent- highly skilled, considerate, caring etc.
The 'venue' clean comfortable, pleasant- excellent.
The menu was attractive, tasty, nutritious.
