The care I received was excellent. The waiting time was 5-10 minutes. The gentleman looking after me was caring and explained everything clearly and precisely. I am totally pleased with the experience. May I say I am very impressed with the NHS and the wonderful, dedicated service it gives us. We are very lucky indeed.
