I was impressed by many aspects of the care in Kemerton Ward. The nursing teams were skilled, efficient, enormously patient (in coping with one particularly challenging patient) and were wonderfully jokey in the way they treated us (without in any way being disrespectful). All this was done with calm, efficiency in the midst of the senior doctors strike. The residence of the NHS under such circumstances is exemplary.
