Good. The staff were always willing to be helpful and reassuring whenever some little thing prompted use of the call button. Always explained what was going on and took concerns away. Improvement. Floors in the toilets/bathrooms often soiled by other patients -nature of treatments in the ward - considering all the advice on cleanliness in respect of eg. catheters, this was disturbing.
