The staff have been fantastic all day. They care so much for their patients well being. Thank you. Improvements: Make sure people who need irradiated blood are clearly married on the system and paperwork- 2 incorrect units of non-irradiated blood were sent!. The prescription for the bone drip was also incorrect so treatment delayed 3 hours.
