1.More staff (to improve care). 2.One staff member to one patient, not 2/3 or 4 staff (nurses) to one patient as I have seen when its a young male patient all the nurses come running to help when one nurse could do. 3.Plan patients appointments better so no time is wasted for doctor, nurses or patients.
