The original assessment was lacking any depth and appeared to be looking for a quick and easy label. Despite emails sent the questions are ignored in addition to refusing to provide further help with a referral they placed. Meaning I now have to start the referral process again 6 weeks later. Clearly not in the best interest of the patient and the complete opposite of providing support.

I have waited for nine months and still have not been seen by a doctor.

This place in King's Lynn provides secondary Mental Health services in King's Lynn from Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust - Via a referral from your GP. The services are shocking. Lack of knowledgeable staff . You won't even be allocated a care coordinator and will be left to suffer on your own. This place should be closed down. Chatterton House is not based at the hospital- it is based at Goodwins Road, King's Lynn , PE30 5PD
