Excellent care - so much so, I was totally impressed. The care provided was genuine. It came from caring people and was not 'put on'. The advantage of my age (86) is that one can easily interpret the actions of genuine people. There is no possible way that I could begin to suggest any improvement nor would I wish to do so. In the time I have spent here, taking into account all the pain and suffering other patients have endured, the comradely and spirit of the patients and staff (all of them) has been recommendable. Long may it be so.

Everything was fantastic. I don't know ho much wage they get but from the surgery right down to the cleaners. They should be on twice as much thank you all for what you have done for me.

After receiving a generic letter and fasting since midnight, I am then told and am haunga local anesthetic, better informed letters would be helpful, was told at 8:00 am was having inj. and was second in the list and was second on the list. This procedures only takes 10 mins but instead of being done and left I waiting still nearly 3 hr later- go back to doing.
