Unwelcoming receptionist; no smile, no 'Hello!'- straight into the business.
However, nurse called Valenda and Dr Ukwin both excellent, cheerful, caring, unhurried, good explanations etc.

The receptionist is very rude. On arrival she was not helpful and abrupt.
The laser treatment and the nurse are excellent.

At this moment in time there is nothing good about my care (1 1/2 late for appointment) received a phone call could I attend the clinic at 1500 on 22/6/16 -said yes.Letter sent to me to verify appointment.At this time of writing I am informed my appointment is approx 1630 what could be improved? Not knowing the system I do not know.All I do know is the fact that there are several patients who are frustrated with the delay.

I have had three visits so far.
On each occasion every member of the team was courteous, respectful and genuine in their approach.
Waiting times were kept to a minimum and I cannot fault the service I received.
