Great nurses, who do an excellent job! Other, non-front line care staff eg catering are less consistently good - could maybe do with being briefed on such patients difficulties so as to be more aware and understanding of them.

The treatment and care was fantastic. The only comment I have is that the pre-op letter from Leeds Teaching hospital doesn't quite match what happens in practice eg tells you not to bring a mobile phone whereas in fact it's very useful, particularly arranging to be picked up afterwards
