Pleasant, friendly staff. Things explained well. Sometimes the room felt cluttered. Very difficult to move around with zimmer frame. Difficult to reach locker- suggest additional shelf or surface when washing, dressing etc.

All staff were good and helpful. Toilet/bathroom, found difficult to carry everything from bed to toilet using crutches a zimmer frame with a basket could be helpful.
