I often felt left out of decisions and that nurses were not really listening. Health care Lynn, the blonde bomber :-( Is great she has a great understanding of caring and bullying she is a good assist to the ward.

I found care and information a bit hit and miss. I know they are very busy but they came across as unsympathetic. Cleaners physios pharmacists were extremely good. There was a nurse on nights sunday night called Mariam and there are no words that I can think of that would praise her enough. She was a dream of a nurse listen to and acted on care needed. I could write Q4 sheets about her.

Nursing staff should listen to patients worries more. Staff should acknowledge what been said and taken on board more. Marian was perfect listened and reacted to the problems we were expressing. Given the care that was needed!
