Very efficient, friendly staff. They did introduce themselves. I did not wait long in any department (e.g, pre-assessment, bloods, ECG). Well run department, thank you for your care.

Friendly and considerate staff. Cleanliness is good. Staff appear over busy on occasion but work very well to ensure standards do not drop.

All of the nurses/staff/assistants are extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

As always the care I received was excellent. The only things could be improved are - 1. Air freshener spray in toilet. 2. A plug for the sink. All staff very good except S/N Ruth.

From the moment you arrive the staff are polite, friendly and efficient. They have a really good relationship with each other and the patients. I have been made very comfortable and encouraged in every step of m journey. They are all caring and each one from the cleaning staff upwards all go over and beyond what they should do.

The staff were all very helpful and easy to approach. The ward was short of staff on some occasions, so more staff would help with patient care.
