She was satisfied with the staff. She was looked after very good. Nurses were very nice. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Nice staff, very friendly, nothing was a problem. Night staff were also really helpful.
Only one problem is the nursing staff are under a lot of pressure and are dealing with several tasks at the same time. This does have a knock effect on the patient care.

Although I could recommend the ward. I do feel that the night nursing team were extreme short staffed, which reflected on my care. Improvements could be made on communication between staff and patients and keeping you more informed.

Recovery programme was excellent - a clean, calm ward with lovely, highly professional staff, who made me feel safe and confident. C 3 ward provided excellent day time care but was very understaffed at night! Only 3 nurses for 26 patients and one student who "worked her socks off". Please clean toilets regularly! No cleaning done in our toilet area throughout and it was dirty throughout my stay - inc toilet further down corridor.
