Quick being given an appt.
The physio Cath McCLain gave me a really long and thorough examination lovely personality for the job. Even got me to look at my X-rays which I'd not wanted to do previously made me think more positively about my health problems. The boys in the hydro were lovely too. Good at their jobs.

The physio I saw was very motivating positive, supportive and listened. (Thank you Elizabeth!)
Hydrotherapy was very beneficial- however would have liked more direction, communication on first initial visit as to changing, when to enter pool etc- we were left a little unsure initially with what to do!
