My care was the best with the staff available. The nursing team are very overstretched and could be greatly improved by possibly allocating maybe 1 nurse for every 2 patients so that care and communication could be improved. This would be less stressful for both patients and nursing staff. The hours are long and tiring and a lot of responsibility is not always able to communicated and shared out. With an obvious increase in patients there needs to be an appropriate increase in staff.
