Before arriving at hospital I was a little apprehensive as to how the day would go as it was a new medication I was receiving. What a waste of energy as the staff on ward 2 (Sally, Vicki, Caroline to name a few) were extremely helpful and caring. Every stage of the infusion was explained and nothing was too much trouble. You can definitely see that every member of staff I spoke to today were very genuine and that totally put me at ease. Anybody to come into Chapel Allerton, ward 2 absolutely as nothing to worry about because everybody is fantastic and they just keep on making you smile. Thank you!
