I was very pleased that the way outlined was broadly the way things happened and the telephone follow-up was a good idea. However there were a few out of date details and a few minor conflicting pieces of information. For example one leaflet said not to bring mobile phones and that there was a pay-phone on each ward. Fortunately I checked and found this information was out of date. Also there were minor conflicts in the two sets of information about the exercises to be done. I found the meals very good and well-served. Thanks to all who were involved in my hip replacement.
