Post op was excellent - staff friendly, encouraging & very attentive. Having quickly got used to high level of care it would be useful to have a bit more explanation of next weeks aims - and you simply notice the contrast. Staff all friendly & helpful - quite a peaceful place to recover. Physio & OT all co-ordinated, just some explanation of times of getting up, breakfast, lights out etc would have been helpful, only a minor issue.
