The nurses are lovely and friendly. There was a decision made about reducing my pain relief by over half. I was not included in this decision nor was I asked about my pain level etc. This was very upsetting! I had spinal surgery on 1-9-16 and again on 12-9-16. It was eventually sorted out and I am happy with result at this moment in time.
