Ward 5 is clean,light and airy. I have been attending, for day treatment , over 10years. The staff are organised,efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Each stage of treatment is explained and there is a willingness to answer queries. I had the option of transferring to my (relatively) local health authority but prefer to drive approximately 1hour to an environment 1 totally trust and for treatment that has given me a quality of life back. The only improvement I consider (but maybe not the staff) is not to employ bank staff who ,I believe are expensive, need monitoring and shown where basics are kept .
