The context of my comments is a comparison of the services I received at NPH vs ACAD. ACAD staff do the following great - Gave detailed information about pre treatment. Gave detailed information about proposed treatment. Gave detailed information about aftercare. NPH information giving is woefully neglected and this caused huge problems for one at home, luckily I have the experience of 30 years knowledge of the NHS to navigate the system myself. The staff at ACAD are friendly and take responsibility for righting any process errors even when it's not their fault which I find admirable. NPH staff take little responsibility leaving the partner to navigate the system. ACAD staff all deserve a pay rise they are all 10/10 - they genuinely care about the patient. That sad I came across 1 or 2 great NPH nurses!
