Everything from start to finish! Michelle attended to me and she was extremely professional, kind, very clear in explaining what was going to happen today - she was just brilliant and I can't see anything else she could've done better. However, I didn't receive the appointment letter which I was told (over the phone) to wait for, I only used the late text message reminder to confirm that the appt was definitely on.
