All of the staff were so kind ad caring towards me and made sure that I was always safe and had everything I needed. Each and every staff member was caring and showed real passion and my feelings felt validated which is something no mental health worker has done before - they all understand so well.
Suggested improvements
More consistent medicine times, but I understand how difficult this can be to meet and I always ended up getting them at some point.

I was brought in hear for my own help, I have been here for 2 days and from the food to the time to think by myself I was happy with my care.
Suggested improvements
I do not think theirs anything more than medicine nurse gave me to sleep and to just re think of everything and to start sleeping early and eat on time.

I have never been in this facility the specifics of the rules were not explained this is inadvertently broke them by lack of information.
Suggested improvements
Tell me what the routine is supposed to look, like and I will adhere.
Also I am physically disabled and expected to walk with no sticks or mobility aids.
