I have been treated with the upmost respect from every member of staff even when feeling at my worst, all staff on this ward truly are amazing and I believe they saved my life and have helped me become the new man I feel today.

Nothing at all, staff have been the most professional.

Very happy with night staff . Find night staff not very helpful I just get sent to bed and I have also witnessed night staff sleeping .

I was treated with respect. Most of the morning staff were very good to me.

I would say that they should do something about the night staff, they should be more efficient in their job. Sometimes I never got along with the night staff.

Because I was treated well and with respect. Sometimes I felt I had extra care off certain staff members.

It would have been Very Good but for the lack of bereavement counselling.
Whilst you have not provided bereavement counselling, you have cared for me most excellently during the absolute worst period of my life. And I have to comment that my treatment, and the facilities, at the Caludon Centre are far superior to my experience at Warwick. I wish to wholeheartedly thank all of the Caludon staff for their wonderful care.

You could have provided some bereavement counselling for me. But I have had to organise this for myself.

All the staff are amazing they looked after me. When i first got here in was a mess. They helped me threw one of the hardest times in my life even when I was horrible and screamed and swore they were still there for me... THEY ALL DESERVE A PAY RISE
