Improve the medication, via better communication with pharmacy.

The ward is safe most of the time, however very unpredictable. The ward is good when authority is on the ward. Ward can be dirty at times, especially bedrooms.

Dr to give time on ward round and invite people patient wants instead of ignoring this request.

I have considered the Caludon my second home, I know regular staff, I know it is safe here. Thank you, you saved my life.

More staff to let us out every day, evening.

No activities organised for wellbeing activities for ward. Difficult to get what you need as usually a crowd of others shouting. No sessions for creating a happy environment.

Be more compassionate when particular traumatic events are marked.
