I met with Dr Tan in March 2020. He was welcoming and made me feel at ease. He explained in detail my impending procedure which took place in April 2020. I had a painless operation (day procedure) and was made to feel comfortable with no pressure to rush.
Dr Tan contacted me at home and again took time to explained the outcome and was very reassuring.
I am more than happy to see Dr Tan again if need be. He is a wonderful Doctor and the NHS should feel honoured to have him as a part of their team.
