I have visited Chris Green for bereavement counselling and cannot thank her enough. Her kindness and compassion has helped me no end and I feel I can cope now far better with loss of my friend. All the staff here are amazing.
I have received fantastic care from all the volunteers and staff.
They couldn't do enough for you patient.
I always felt part of a group and I don't think anyone was left out. Both full time and volunteers were caring people and there was always someone on hand to deal with problems.
Both mental and craft exercises were suitable for the group and take us through the day.
Lunch was excellent and also provided another opportunity to socialise and discuss potentially worrying issues.
These people are good, nice and caring people. I've never met as such nice human beings in my life. I loved them all, they were so caring.
I've had a lot of support during a very difficult time and it has helped to speak to someone who isn't directly involved with my family or myself.
I received wonderful care at the Hospice after the death of my mum. All the staff from doctor Heidi right to the kitchen and canteen staff were amazing with my family and myself and helped us through mum's passing.
One person I have to mention is Chris who I saw every few weeks to sit and talk about mum before and during her illness. Chris was very compassionate and caring.
Everything was good about my care, excellent in fact. Nothing could be improved.
