Very helpful Good protocol

I spoke to Helen, she was lovely and helpful and very efficient in the treatment/giving prescription to me which was especially nice as I was running out of prescription so felt as though my needs were met welcomingly

The nurse is lovely made you feel comfortable and relaxed really friendly and chatty all the staff are kind

The experience with my nurse was fantastic, she looked after me abs treated me with respect.

Helen was so welcoming and so friendly. I didn’t feel at all awkward and was having a good conversation with her the whole time. The interior of the building was so nice, I even mentioned it to the women at reception as I came in about it. It was clean and all staff was polite.

The staff there made it all very comfortable for me and it didnt feel like i was being judge like other places ive been. They also made me feel like my input was listened to and my concerns were heard. They were also happy to answer any questions i had.

Helen was really friendly and really made me feel at ease because I was nervous about getting my implant replaced. We had a great chat and the procedure was totally painless. She is a great asset to your team. Good luck with everything Helen and I hope you make it to France in 2021!
