Alicia is by far the best, she is incredible always on the go to make sure everyone is seen on time, she is extremely welcoming and after many years of seeing her I am actually sad that I can’t come back (turning 25 in January) brook is very lucky to have her. Wishing everyone in the brook the best of luck, thank you very much for looking after me all these years Brook is a fantastic service. Charley xx
