This was my second time at the clinic to get the implant fitted in after my registration on a previous day. My first appointment was unfortunately cancelled, however it was quick to rescedule for a near date. Everyone is very welcoming at the clinic. The room was very tidy and felt safe. I was extremely nervous but the nurse Pam was very calming and funny that helped calm the nerves. She gave all the information o needed to know and was overall a good experience.
