Pam was absolutely fantastic. I really felt like she listened to me and gave me all the information so I could make an informed decision. I felt supported and like I was in control of my own treatment. The staff member at reception was also friendly and really helpful. She noticed that I had been waiting outside for the clinic to open and advised me of the wait time once I approached reception.
