I came in for my seasonal checkup and had Alicia today (my favourite nurse☺️) I usually faint at needles and blood but she was really reassuring and during my whole check up made me laugh and feel at ease, making the whole experience amazing for me. If I didn’t have her I wouldn’t have got bloods done today. I’m really grateful for her and the teams kindness , keep up the good work x
