I saw Kate today and she was amazing. Spoke to me about all my concerns and made me feel so unjudged. She is the best person I have seen in this facility and was loosing faith in this service from the last few times I have visited but she is amazing and would always be comfortable speaking to her. Give Kate a pay rise! Excellent service
