Colette was really helpful and offered lots of help and guidance. I have been using the Brook services for 3 years now and it truly is a great service. It has managed extremely well during Covid too and I feel it has actually improved the services as having to pre-book has meant no waiting times/busy waiting areas.

Nothing needs to be improved - Staff were super helpful and call-back times/appointment times are really fast! :)
