I was absolutely terrified and i was made to feel so at ease and comfortable! The lovely women who were with me (Jo and Denise) were so patient and made sure i was okay every single step of the way. Everything was explained thoroughly to me which made me feel a lot better. Their friendly and human approach made it one of the best experiences i’ve had in any form of health care. It felt like a personal experience rather than a transaction which i found so refreshing and reassuring. The very good option doesn’t even do it justice if i could have picked Outstanding i would have. Couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience with my implant removal.

The staff were friendly and professional and made me feel very at ease and comfortable. They took great care in explaining the procedure and ensured I was aware of what was happening or about to happen.

The staff had some difficulty finding the correct equipment, as the rooms hadn't been set up correctly for them. This was NOT their fault and was very frustrating for the staff to try and deal with. They maintained professionalism throughout. Equally the online system kept making things difficult for the staff member who was trying to input details on the forms, so perhaps this could be streamlined for them.

Had my implant removed courtesy of Jo. Was informed from start to finish of what was happening, what to expect, checked any levels of pain (none at all) and generally made me feel at ease and well informed. Brilliant service. Thank you

Everything was great and the ladies were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when fitting my implant. They kept me informed throughout the process of having the implant removed and fitted and checked that I was completely comfortable throughout too.

I received care that was non-judgmental and kind.

I had to wait around an hour to be seen and was at the clinic approx 2 hours in total, but parking was free so I don't think the wait was unreasonable at all.
