There is a wait but this is to be expected as people only have one pair of hands .

All of the staff I encountered were really nice, from the staff at reception, to the nurses doing my screening. I was provided with a professional yet very friendly service. I found the whole process reassuring from start to finish. Thank you so much to the nurses who seen me. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but both of them were amazing!

Very friendly and spoke me through everything and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at the time of fitting coil. We’re lovely and treated me with dignity

The wait time for the appointment was 2/3months which is very long wish there were sooner appointments
